User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the organization that provides access to Digital Calendar ("Provider", "we") for use of the System. This Agreement supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Service

We grant you access to Digital Calendar through an account created and approved by the Provider. Services include calendars, events, meetings, personal settings, notifications, and role-based access (e.g. calendar owner, assistant).

2. Authorization and roles

  • You confirm you are authorized to enter this Agreement for work purposes.
  • Access depends on your role and calendar assignments defined by the Provider.
  • Assistants may manage settings and backgrounds for an assigned owner's calendar within granted permissions.

3. Your obligations

  • Use the System in accordance with the Terms of Use and organizational policies.
  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Do not use the System for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm organizational security.

4. Data and privacy

Personal and work data are processed under our Privacy Policy. By using the System, you acknowledge that we collect, use, and store data necessary to operate it (e.g. name, email, events, attachments, device tokens for notifications).

5. Intellectual property

The System, its design, and Provider-supplied content remain the property of the Provider or its licensors. Content you submit (events, files) remains under your organization's control per its policies.

6. Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect while your account is active. The Provider may suspend or end access for violations or when employment or authorization ends.

7. Governing law

Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to applicable law and the Provider's internal policies.

8. Acceptance

By clicking "Sign in" or continuing to use the System, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement together with the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy.
