These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Digital Calendar system ("System") through the web application or any connected mobile client. By signing in or using the System, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

The System is provided for authorized staff and users within your organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the System.

2. Accounts and security

  • Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share them with third parties.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Accounts may be suspended or disabled for policy violations or security risk.

3. Permitted use

You may use the System for lawful work purposes, including:

  • Managing calendars, events, meetings, and scheduling information.
  • Configuring appearance, notifications, and monthly backgrounds per organizational policy.
  • Acting within assigned roles (e.g. calendar owner, assistant) and granted permissions.

4. Prohibited use

  • Accessing accounts or data without authorization.
  • Uploading or sharing unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Disrupting the System (e.g. unauthorized automated access, denial-of-service attempts).

5. Data and attachments

Events, attachments (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images), and personal settings are stored according to your organization's policies. Uploads must comply with system and organizational rules.

6. Notifications

If you enable notifications (e.g. event reminders), the System may send messages to registered devices. You can adjust or disable notifications in account settings where supported.

7. Updates and availability

We may update or temporarily suspend the System for maintenance or security. We aim to provide advance notice when reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimer

The System is provided "as is" for operational use. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the System will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
